Meet the heart of our wellness Team
Dedicated to guiding you on your wellness journey
At The Willow Centre, our team is united by a shared philosophy:
that wellbeing is best supported when care is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence.
Each practitioner brings their own expertise, while working within the same standards of professionalism, safety, and compassion. When you book with us, you can trust that your care is supported by the wider Willow Centre team, not just an individual practitioner.
Psychotherapy at The Willow Centre
Our psychotherapy team offers a safe, confidential space for emotional support, personal growth, and healing. Sessions are grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on trust, collaboration, and emotional safety.
