Sarah is a Hatha yoga teacher who guides students toward a deeper connection between body and mind. Her classes emphasise mindful movement, breath, and gentle alignment, inviting students to tune into their own experience rather than striving for perfect shapes. Sarah creates a calm, supportive space where yoga becomes a practice of self-awareness, ease, and inner trust.
