Margarita is a yoga teacher, osteopath, and sound healer. Yoga has been a deep passion of hers since childhood, shaping the way she moves, teaches, and heals.
With decades of experience in various yoga styles, Margarita now focus on Vajra Yoga, which emphasises a holistic approach to health, rooted in ancient wisdom and safe practices.
In her classes, she create a supportive space for everyone, adapting poses to individual needs and guiding students through mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, and sound therapy.
