My breath work journey started in 2019 when I discovered the various techniques available and how I could use them to navigate the challenges of grief and peri menopause.

 

My mission with ‘A Little Breath Work’ is to empower you to unlock greater peace in body and mind. With my own journey serving as an inspiration, I am committed to helping you step into your true potential and discover the power of your breath.
